Event Ticket Return Policy:
Paint N Puff has a policy, that all of our pARTy goers have an ARTsome experience! Although we do not offer refunds, our customers will be given a credit towards an event of the same value, if customer cancellation is done within 4 days before the event. You will NOT be given a credit if you fail to show or if cancellation is NOT done 4 days before the event. Paint N Puff reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that Paint N Puff is responsible for event cancellation, the event ticket registration fees will be FULLY refunded.
Gear Purchase Return Policy:
We want you to be thrilled with your Paint N Puff purchase, but if you need to make a return we are here to help! Any returns for misprinted/ damaged/ defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product delivery date. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
*We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, nor do we except returns for face masks. Face masks are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons per CDC Guidelines.
**Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it, with all tags still attached. If you need to make an item return, please contact us by email @gmail.com
Paint N Drink currently only ships gear to the United States. All of our gear is made on-demand! Once your order is placed, the printing process is started immediately! Your gear is created and fulfilled in three to seven business days. The average shipping time is typically four to five business days, after fulfillment- depending on the destination. Packaging, shipping rates, and any fees are all included in the price of each item to allow for one straight forward price!
